FounderDesign EngineerAgent Systems
I’m building Honey to make AI-generated marketing work repeatable, not just possible. Three working MVPs (Honey, Specular, Braid OS) connect brand context, local creation, and agent-run telemetry.
The problem
One good output is easy to make. Prompting the next video in a series—with the same identity and a traceable process—is harder. Saving a prompt does not capture the models, tools, and toolchains that made it.
What I’m building
Honey is a spec-first marketing engine that treats brand strategy, asset generation, and campaign delivery as governed code. Instead of running disconnected prompts through consumer AI tools, it structures creative production into repeatable, modular pipelines.
Specular (an agentic video creation engine) lives inside of Honey. Process versions capture a full setup so a series can be semi-deterministically reproduced on demand, even as users adopt newer tools for daily tasks. Within this workflow, Honey keeps users grounded in their brand, product, and campaign context.
For an ongoing series of videos, Specular can generate entire channels against those guidelines using a blend of local and cloud models, while Braid OS maps the underlying agent graph so users can trace and inspect every run.
Where it stands
Honey, Specular, and Braid OS are working MVPs being integrated into one system. Honey is not publicly launched or deployed to external customers.
